    Yes. All Australian and New Zealand orders ship free with express delivery. There is no minimum order value and no code to enter. Free express shipping applies to every order across the full range, from dress shoes, loafers, and boots to leather sneakers and belts.

    All Australian and New Zealand orders are shipped via Australia Post express. A tracking number is sent by email once the order leaves the warehouse.

    Most Australian orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days from dispatch. Regional areas may take 3 to 5 business days depending on the postcode. Orders placed before the daily dispatch cut-off are sent the same day where stock is available.     New Zealand orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Shipping is free and tracked via Australia Post international express. A tracking link is sent by email once the order is dispatched.

Make sure the address is entered exactly as it appears in the Australia Post system to avoid any delivery issues.

    Yes. Sparrods ships to most countries worldwide with tracked delivery. All international orders are shipped via DHL and Australia Post Express depending on the destination. The following locations are not currently served: Russia, Ascension, Bouvet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Heard and McDonald Islands, Pitcairn, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Tajikistan, Tristan Da Cunha, US Minor Outlying Islands and Western Sahara.

    International shipping is charged at a flat rate of AU$30 at checkout, regardless of order size or destination. This applies to all countries outside Australia and New Zealand. Australian and New Zealand orders ship free.

    Australian and New Zealand customers do not pay import duties. International customers outside these two countries may be subject to local customs charges, VAT or import duties depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are handled by the destination customs office. They are not included in the Sparrods checkout price.

    For country specific guidance on import duties:

    Important: The AU$30 international shipping fee is not refundable once the order has been dispatched. On approved returns from international orders, only the cost of the product is refunded. Australian and New Zealand customers are not affected as all orders ship free.
