Order cannot be cancelled if payment has not been finalized. In the event, payment has been finalized and you want to cancel your order, kindly contact us to initiate the cancellation process.

If product has been shipped, it is impossible for the order to be cancelled.

We warrant all products to be free from manufacturing defects and exhibiting excellent craftmanship and high quality to the satisfaction of our customers. We are bound in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

We are here because of our customers. Our main goal is to ensure their ultimate satisfaction when they purchase our products. We offer 30-day returns upon receipt of your product. Please note, returns will be accepted only:

  • if the product has not been worn and is in its original packaging with all associated labels, dust bag and tissue paper. Since we use leather soles in most of our shoes, returns will not be accepted if the soles have been worn on hard surfaces.
  • if the product has factory manufacturing defect or faults.

To return a product, kindly send us an email at info@sparrods.com with your receipt number to discuss your returns. You will be issued with a case number to be used for all correspondence. We endeavor to respond to emails within 3 hours.Alternatively, you can reach us on our social media handles.

Returns

We provide a 30-days money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, or changed your mind about your purchase, you may request to return the product within 30 days from receiving order. The product must be returned with all the original accessories and packaging.

Product will not be accepted if they have been used on hard surface and not in the original packaging with all associated labels, dust bag and tissue paper.

We strongly advise you to contact us through email info@sparrods.com or via our social media channels if you are having challenges in determining your correct size.

Our formal shoes and boots except sneakers come in wide width which provide you with enough room for your feet to breathe. Our products are made with box calf leather, which will stretch slightly when worn and adapt to the shape of your feet. They get comfy with time. Yes, you can return the product if the fit is not perfect.Leather shoes take time to break in. 

Please note, returns will be accepted only:

  • if the product has not been worn and is in its original packaging with all associated labels, dust bag and tissue paper. Since we use leather soles in most of our shoes, returns will not be accepted if the soles have been worn on hard surfaces.

NOTE: Always try on your new shoes on carpet, not wooden floors or other hard surfaces. Most of our shoes feature vegetable-tanned leather soles. Returns will not be accepted if the soles have been used on hard surfaces.

We undertake thorough quality inspection to ensure there is no defect with your product before shipment. We will not accept damages that were caused by you. If the damage is a factory defect, yes, we will accept on the condition that the product has not been worn, in its original package with all associated labels, dust bag and tissue paper. 

However, if we inspect the product and determine the damage was caused by you, we will return the damage or faulty product back to you.

We understand that sometimes product can be damaged when in transit. In the event the packaging box is damaged and thereby damaging the product, please take pictures of the packaging box and product and send it to info@sparrods.com. We will review the damaged product to ensure they were not damaged by you. If we deem the damage was not your fault, we will socialize the images with our Courier Partners to prevent such from reoccurring in the future.

Sorry when such happens. Yes, we will replace the product with no cost attributed to you.

Exchanges

To exchange any purchased product, kindly contact us with the order number and the product you want to exchange for us to initiate the process.

Yes, you can if only the following condition is met. Please note, exchanges will be accepted only:

  • if the product has not been worn and is in its original packaging with all associated labels, dust bag and tissue paper. Since we use leather soles in most of our shoes, returns will not be accepted if the soles have been worn and used on hard surfaces.
  • if the product has factory manufacturing defect or fault.

We will thoroughly inspect the products when we receive them, however, exchange will not be accepted if the above conditions have not been met. If the exchange is accepted by us, we will notify you to place a new order.

Yes, products purchased during sales or promotions can be exchange for a different product or refund, however, our return policy applies. Let us know via email, phone or through our social media channels if you want to exchange any purchased product and we will help you through the process successfully.

Yes, however, we strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before adding to cart and completing your purchase. Exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been used on hard surface and not in the original packaging with all associated labels, dust bag and tissue paper.

Refunds

Yes, we offer 100% refunds :)

There is no transaction fees when processing returns. We offer 100% refunds. You will receive notification when the refund process has been initiated. It takes few days for money to reflect in your account.

When you return the damaged or faulty product, we will thoroughly inspect the product. We will notify you of approval or rejection after the inspection.

If the product has manufacturing defect, your 100% refund will be processed, and credit automatically applied to your credit card or money in your account within few business days.

However, we will return the product back to you if we determine the damage was caused by you. In this case, you will not be entitled to any refund.

If you haven’t received your refund, don't worry. Processing is ongoing which may take some few business days for credit to be applied to your credit card or money to reflect in your bank account.
