    Yes, in a positive way. Once a cancellation is confirmed and the refund is processed by Sparrods, Afterpay and Zip Pay are notified and any outstanding instalments are cancelled. Already paid instalments are refunded directly by Afterpay or Zip Pay to your nominated account.

    Processing times vary between providers but typically take three to five business days. Contact your Afterpay or Zip Pay account directly if instalments continue after the refund confirmation email has been received.

    All Sparrods shoes, boots, sneakers and belts are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects. Every order is physically inspected and photographed by the team before it leaves the warehouse, so the condition of each product at dispatch is always on record. Sparrods operates in full accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which means your consumer rights apply regardless of the return window.

    To qualify for a warranty claim, the following conditions must all be met:

    • The product has not been worn and is returned in its original packaging with all associated labels, dust bag and tissue paper.
    • The hand burnished vegetable tanned leather sole, studded rubber sole or natural rubber sole shows no signs of wear, scratches or hard surface use. Sparrods cannot resell a shoe as new if the sole has been worn on hard surfaces.
    • The product has factory manufacturing defects or faults that were present on receipt, not damage caused by use after delivery.

    NOTE: Always try on your new shoes on carpet, not wooden floors or other hard surfaces. Most Sparrods shoes feature vegetable tanned leather soles. Returns will not be accepted if the soles have been used on hard surfaces.

    For international orders, the AU$30 flat shipping fee is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched. Only the cost of the product is refunded in full. Australian and New Zealand customers are not affected as all orders ship free.

    No. Sparrods processes refunds in full with no transaction fees deducted. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. Depending on your bank, funds typically take three to five business days to appear in your account after processing.
