Yes, within Australia

We use Australia Post for express domestic deliveries.

To track your shipment, click on Australia Post Track and enter the tracking number that was sent to you.

Your order will be processed as soon as the transaction has been completed. You will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email once your order has been shipped; with it, you will be able to track your order on our website or via Australia Post or DHL. You will receive your product within 1 – 3 business days.

Due to COVID-19 with continuous border closure, delivery time may significantly be impacted. We will keep you updated

You are responsible for paying shipping cost when returning your product.

If your product has not been delivered as per the timeline provided, please email us info@sparrods.com with your order number or reach out to us via our social media channels.

We will follow up with Australia Post to ascertain the status of your delivery. Alternatively, you can reach out directly to Australia Post by quoting your shipment tracking number to ascertain the status of your delivery.

Australia Post will advise you if there is any cost associated with changing of address. Please note, you will be responsible for any charges.

Please, ensure you have provided the correct destination address when finalizing your purchase. We process orders immediately after receiving payment confirmation which makes it difficult to change your address.

We will not be liable for any purchased product that has been lost in transit, so ensure the address you have provided is accurate and current.

We inspect every product thoroughly before shipping, in the event incorrect product was delivered, inform us as quickly as possible. You can return the product in exchange for the correct product. Return comes at no cost to you.

 Please note if you are based in Russia, we only deliver to business addresses and not to private address.

We offer express delivery worldwide via DHL. International shipping is expensive; however, we have subsided the cost and charge customers a standard flat fee of AU$30. Final cost will be determined at checkout.

Yes, if we are unable to deliver a shipment because of an incorrect address then additional charges may apply if the address to which we deliver the shipment is different to the one shown on the consignment note or the label affixed to your shipment.

No, you are responsible for paying shipping cost when returning purchased product so please ensure you reach out to us if in doubt of anything before finalizing your purchase. We are here to serve you.

Before returning any purchased product, please note, returns will be accepted only:

  • If the product has not been worn and is in its original packaging with all associated labels, dust bag and tissue paper.
  • Since we use vegetable tanned leather soles in most of our shoes, returns will not be accepted if the soles have been worn and used on hard surfaces.
  • if the product has factory manufacturing defect or fault
