I was finally able to pick up my boots. They are the right size but feel a bit
bit tight. They're quite impressive and I hope they will adjust to my feet over time. No need to return them. Their journey from Australia to Canada was sufficient.
I was stitching around the boot is a little more pronounced than I hoped but not bad. The boot itself is great and comfortable insole. Adding a topper to the sole and heel is another 140 CAD. So my all in price which includes shipping and duties, and the improvement is well over 600 CAD. As much as I like the boot at that price point you have a lot of competition locally and from the US selling in Canada and would hesitate to buy again.
A fantastic experience buying from Sparrods. Sam did local delivery in Canberra and despite me ordering the wrong size boots and belt, he brought additional sizes with him that I could try on at my home for the right fit. Excellent, excellent, excellent! Great customer service, they were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with while sorting out my size. Great looking pair of boots, much more comfortable right out of the box as compared to my experience with the Grant Stone Diesel boot. Fun unboxing experience as well, I appreciate the included shoe tree. Unfortunately, I did only recieve one boot bag, but I do not use them - so it is of no bother to me. Overall 10/10 experience, I will definitely purchase from Sparrods & Co again. Firstly, AWESOME. I refused to look at branded products offered at discounts. Instead I search for Full Grain & Australian. So I gamble my hard earned beer money and I am happy. I am saving up for a brown one. Please don't send our AUD overseas buying things we don't treasure. Well done Sparrods..

The Goodyear welted Chelsea Boots are excellent quality, you can really see the effort in craftsmanship that have gone into them. In addition to being incredibly happy with the product I ordered, the customer service from Sparrods is above and beyond. Immediately touched base with me to ensure my size would be correct, the product was shipped on a Sunday afternoon, and once the boots were received, the team checked in to ensure I got them and was satisfied.
The inclusions of care guide, dust bag and shoe horn with the boots were also a nice touch. 10/10 definitely recommend Sparrods for your leather shoe needs.
I bought the Kingsman boots in December. The boots fit perfectly and were comfortable to wear from the get go. They look great too, either with jeans or more formal wear. I could not recommend them highly enough.
The shoes are genuinely beautiful and well crafted. You can tell they are luxury shoes (but can be well worn) when you wear them. Sam is the upmost gentleman, will take time on weekend evenings to ensure you have the right fit and was beyond polite. He assisted me over the phone, text and via messenger before coming to my house, waiting for me and helping find the perfect fit. Gave advice, welcomed continued contact and was a delight with my dog.
